    I still can’t get used to the new cars. Will be great to see them in the Grand Prix – hopefully the Red Bulls will continue to struggle and F1 will become interesting again. Great blog mate, just followed you. Feel free to check out my blog and follow me back :)

      Cars do look a bit weird, mainly due to their strange noses. Once they get rid of anteaters and fingers, I can see this new formula prosper.

      The noise was OK on the last day of testing, obviously not as powerful as before but decent. Here’s an idea of how it may sound (without Renault-powered cars): https://soundcloud.com/p2pc2e/v6-f1-all-good This was 5 cars, Mercedes and Ferrari only, now imagine the full grid!

      For the record, it was some guy who sent me the audio file, I only take pics at F1 events, no audio or video.

        The engines sound better then I expected them to. The noise of the V8s will be missed but as you say they still sounded decent.

        Hopefully all of the new regulations will make the races more interesting and more unpredictable.
