I tell you what: it was SO damn hot that I had to cancel my visit, I stayed indoors instead, in an air-conditioned room.

DC – I’ve seen him before many times (David, why did you spin in Monza in 1995?! it ruined my whole weekend!); Belém – I’ve seen it before many times; old Red Bull F1 cars powered by some weird MotoGP engines – been there, done it.

With a little bit of patience, I could’ve made it, but I didn’t. That’s the story. Bottom line.

Good on Red Bull, though, for making some noise on the streets of Lisbon, maybe some kid will get inspired to join F1 in some shape in the future. That’s what we need.

They had porta potties on-site and a media zone – cool.
